New Delhi: Former PM Manmohan Singh has expressed concern over the detention of senior Congress leader P Chidambaram. The former PM raised questions on the arrest, saying that "no one in the government takes a decision and when the six secretaries do not make any mistake, it is unthinkable to blame the former finance minister".
