The 10-year-old Finn became the youngest ever recipient of a Facebook bug bounty after uncovering a vulnerability that allowed him to delete any comment on the photo sharing application.
The social networking giant- Mark Zuckerberg has paid $10,000 to a 10-year-old boy for spotting a bug.
He used the reward money to buy a new bike, football gear and computers for his two brothers.
According to report,"He reported the bug by email, offered proof by deleting a message on one of Facebook's test Instagram accounts and it was fixed in February. Facebook paid him the bug bounty in March,".
Like Google and Microsoft, Facebook also has a bug bounty programme.
According to Facebook’s latest update, the bug bounty programme has awarded more than $4.3 million to more than 800 researchers around the world.
In 2015, it paid $936,000 to 210 researchers for a total of 526 reports.
