Jaipur: The Rawatsar police have arrested three persons in connection with the murder of a married woman in Rajasthan's Hanumangarh district after putting a cloth in her mouth and gang-raping her. Investigating officer DYSP Poonam Chauhan said that Ranjit (son Ramlal Nayak), Sandeep Kumar (son Patram Nayak resident Kikraliya) and Shishpal (son Krishnalal Naik resident Chak Haripura) have been arrested.
On Monday, the accused will be produced in court and remanded. DYSP Poonam Chauhan said that the deceased's husband had filed a case against Ranjit and Bhimsen. In which initial investigations have not found the involvement of Bhimsen, including his not being on the spot. The other accused, in their initial interrogation, have said that Ranjit and Sandeep had gone to the woman's house. Sandeep worked as a guard outside the house and Ranjit raped the woman. At the same time, the woman also had an affair with Shishpal. After Shishpal came to know about his relationship with Ranjit and Sandeep, Shishpal called the woman and asked her to separate from Ranjit. When the woman did not leave Ranjit, Shishpal called the woman's husband and told him the whole thing. After that, Shishpal again called the woman and told her husband about the illicit relationship.
At which the woman got fed up and jumped into the pool made in the house and committed suicide. DYSP Poonam Chauhan said that Sandeep and Ranjit have been arrested under sections 376D and 306. The accused Shishpal has been arrested under Section 306. All the three accused will be produced in court.
