Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Derek O'Brien, like Sanjay Singh, reached the well, opposing the bill. He showed the Deputy Book to the Deputy Chairman and shouted slogans. Then he tore the rule book in front of the Deputy Chairman. After which Marshall, standing near the Deputy Chairman, had to remove Derek from the Deputy Chairman.
