Maruti Suzuki India has launched a new variant of its popular car, Ignis, in the Indian market. The company has introduced the Maruti Suzuki Ignis Radiance Edition, which is a more affordable version of the car. This new edition is priced at ₹5.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and offers a mileage of over 20 kmpl.

The Ignis Radiance Edition comes with some minor changes, including a new exterior and stylish interior. However, there are no changes in the design and engine of the car. The new Ignis is powered by a 1.2-liter petrol engine that produces 83 PS of power and 113 Nm of torque. It is available with both 5-speed manual and automatic gearboxes.

According to the company, the new Ignis Radiance Edition offers a mileage of 20.89 kmpl. It is available in 7 monotone and 3 dual-tone paint schemes. The car also features a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, height-adjustable driver seat, steering-mounted controls, push start/stop button, and more.

In terms of safety features, the Ignis Radiance Edition comes equipped with dual front airbags, ESC, ABS with EBD, and rear parking camera. These features make the car a safe option for buyers.

The Ignis Radiance Edition is priced lower than the regular model, with a price difference of around ₹35,000. The regular model of Ignis is priced at ₹5.84 lakh (ex-showroom). The new edition will compete with cars like Tata Tiago and Hyundai Grand i10 Nios in the market.
