In anticipation of the vote counting day, around 70 security force companies will be deployed at all seven counting centers across Delhi. This step is part of an extensive security plan orchestrated by the Delhi Police to ensure a smooth process.

The Delhi Traffic Police has issued a new advisory ahead of the vote counting scheduled for Tuesday. This advisory lists key roads where traffic restrictions and diversions will be in effect from 5 am onwards to facilitate the smooth movement of vehicles.

In Gujarat, Prime Minister Modi's home state, preparations are also underway for the vote counting day. Security forces have been conducting rehearsals and drills to ensure a seamless process.

Exit polls suggest a strong performance by the BJP. Predictions indicate that the BJP is likely to secure more than 64 seats in Uttar Pradesh alone. The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is expected to achieve a hat-trick win in the Lok Sabha elections, securing a massive majority.

The exit polls, which were released on Saturday, suggest that the ruling party will enhance its performance in several states governed by other parties. Some exit polls even forecast that the BJP-led NDA could achieve the "400 plus" target set by BJP leaders before the elections. These polls predict that the NDA will surpass its 2019 record of 352 seats.

Two specific polls project that the BJP will improve its tally from the 303 seats it won in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. In the 2019 elections, the NDA secured 353 seats, with the BJP alone winning 303. Meanwhile, the Opposition's United Progressive Alliance (UPA) secured only 93 seats, with the Congress party winning 52 of those.

The Lok Sabha elections took place in seven phases on April 19, April 26, May 7, May 13, May 20, May 25, and June 1.

The counting trends and results will be available on the Election Commission of India (ECI) website and the Voter Helpline App, which is available on both iOS and Android platforms. Users can download the Voter Helpline App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The app offers filters to find details about winning, leading, or trailing candidates, along with constituency-wise or state-wise results.
