Ingredients for making Mawa Malai Kulfi -

Milk (Flower Cream) - 1 kg
Sugar (powder) - 100 grams
Cashew nuts (finely chopped) – 10
Pistachios (finely chopped) – 10
Small cardamom seeds (cracked) – 5

Method of making Mawa Malai Kulfi - First of all, collect all the ingredients of Kulfi like milk, mawa as per taste, sugar powder and chopped dry fruits in one place. Now after this, turn the milk in a pan and after the milk comes to a boil, let the milk thicken while stirring continuously and keep cooking till the milk is reduced to half. At the same time, when the milk remains half, then mix dry fruits, cardamom powder and sugar powder according to taste. After this, take the milk off the gas and let it cool down, and when it cools down, fill it in ice cream molds. Now keep the kulfi mold in the refrigerator to set for 6-8 hours. Keep in mind that before placing the kulfi molds in the freezer, do not forget to close their lids, this will not allow air to enter and ice will not freeze on the mawa kulfi.
