Lucknow: The administration has sent a notice to submit evidence under the action of encroachment on Baba Bhure Shah Mazar at Agra Cantt railway station in Uttar Pradesh. In the notice sent by the Estate Officer on April 25, 2022, the Mazar Paksha has to be present by 4 pm on May 13, 2022 along with the documents related to the ownership of the land. Failure to do so may result in a judgment by the estate officer's court even after a one-sided hearing.

Let us inform that a notice has been sent by the Estate Officer of the Divisional Railway Manager's Office to Sajjada Nashin, the caretaker of Baba Bhure Shah Mazar located on the sink line of Agra Cantt Railway Station. Those watching the arrangement of the tomb have been asked to provide photocopies of the documents related to the land before the stipulated time. At the same time, the second notice has been issued by North Central Railway to Noori Masjid located in Agra Cantonment Railway land.

In the notice sent to the Imam of the mosque, it has been said that, 'Joint survey work is in progress under a special drive to remove encroachment in Agra Cantonment Railway area. In which it has been found that the mosque is built on railway land in Agra Cantonment. Which needs to be removed in pursuance of the above order.' It has been clearly stated in the notice that the mosque should be removed and shifted somewhere else. This work must be done within 8 days. Otherwise, Railways may take appropriate action as per rules. Let us inform that this notice was issued only on December 28, 2022.
