Masbate MLA Charan Boro laid the foundation stones of three projects in Udalguri district on Sunday. He laid the foundation stone of the visitor’s restrooms at Bathou Kheraisali, Kanthalguri in Udalguri district. The project will be completed at a cost of Rs 10 lakh.

MLA Boro assured the locals present in the foundation laying ceremony that a heritage Bathou mandir would be built in the present site. Boro also laid the foundation stone of a link road to the Bathou Kheraisali, Kanthalguri. Both the projects will be completed under the Assam Darshan Scheme.The committee members of the district organization were also present on the occasion. 

In another programme, the Mazbat MLA laid the foundation stone of a boundary wall of the Bathou mandir at No 1 Gorhmara, Kajiamati in Udalguri district, to be made with MLALAD fund.
