Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly facing significant challenges managing their newly established startup. According to recent reports, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have developed a reputation as demanding bosses, leading to a high turnover rate among their staff.

Sources have described Meghan and Harry as "incredibly difficult" to work for, noting that nearly 20 employees have left the company, a troubling sign for any startup. This high rate of departures is said to be unprecedented, even for new ventures.

The latest concerns come following the sudden resignation of their new chief of staff, Josh Kettler. Kettler stepped down just three months after joining the company and shortly before a planned royal tour to Columbia with Meghan and Harry.

These issues echo previous criticisms of Meghan Markle's management style. During her time with the Royal family, Meghan faced allegations of bullying her staff, which she has denied, calling the claims a "calculated smear campaign." Although Queen Elizabeth ordered a formal investigation at the time, the results were never made public.

Meghan Markle launched her lifestyle and kitchen brand, American Riviera Orchard, earlier this year. However, the company is currently struggling with a leadership vacuum as it lacks a CEO.
