Mercedes-Benz has officially unveiled the 2020 GLE Coupe ahead of its global debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The new luxury coupe has undergone major changes. It is believed that the company may start its sale by mid-2020. GLE Coupe is a beefed-up version of Standard GLE in a manner. The legendary carmaker of Germany has also removed the curtain from the car's two turbo diesel engines. 

According to media reports, GLE Coupe's grill and headlamps have undergone a slight change. However, its side profile has been completely changed. Its long and boxy stenos have been replaced by the low-roof line. It is estimated that the car has overweighted. Mercedes-Benz has increased the length of its new GLE Coupe by 9 millimeters. Also, it is 7 millimeters wider than before. Its wheelbase has been increased to 20 millimeters.

For your information, the company is offering options in two 3-litre inline-6 Force-Fed diesel engines according to trim levels. The GLE Coupe 350d engine will generate 272 PS of maximum power and peak torque of 600 Nm. Also, the powerful version engine will generate 400d 330 PS power and 700Nm of torque. Both the engines will have a 9G-TRONIC automatic gearbox. The SUV will get driving modes such as Slippery, Comfort, Sport, Sport+ and Individual, giving drivers and passengers a better riding experience. It has 2 off-road specific settings. These include Trail and Sand. It offers features such as MBUX infotainment system, active stop and go-assist, AIRMATIC suspension and AMG Active Ride Control role stabilization.
