In this case, the police has registered a case against the accused under the sections of the POCSO Act and detained the suspect. The accused is being questioned by the police. According to the police, "On Thursday late night, when the victim child was playing outside her house. Then the accused lured the girl to take sweets and took her to an unknown place and raped the innocent girl. When the child was not found at home, the family started searching for her.

After a lot of searching, the girl was found in a bled condition. "In this case the family members of the girl alleged that" after reaching the police station, the police kept them seated for about two hours. When this news reached the media, Palis, after registering a case in a hurry, sent the victim's girl to the hospital for medical treatment. The police then took action and detained a suspect. "Talk to the police, they say the accused is a minor and she is being questioned."
