Kota: It is said that a person can run away by committing a crime, but cannot escape. This thing has proved to be true in Kota. When a criminal raped a minor girl in 1987 and escaped after the incident. But after 32 years, the handiwork of the accused could not be hidden and the accused Rafiq went into the hands of the police.
In fact, in 1987, a girl from Delhi complained to the police that her father wanted to marry her somewhere against her will. She went to live with her relative in Suket of Ram Gajmandi. There he found a woman who forced him along with accused Rafiq to reach Jijapur in Madhya Pradesh. Where the accused Rafiq raped her, the girl somehow escaped from her clutches and reached Ram Gajmandi. Where he told the police everything. Since then, the police was looking for the accused Rafiq driver.
The police, while executing a major action, arrested the fugitive criminal who was absconding for 32 years in the case of raping a minor. Superintendent of Police Rajan Dushyant has said that on December 11, 1987, the minor girl had written a verbal report on the police station Ramganjmandi that I was raped by the Rafiq driver. I have run away from her clutches. The police had started investigation since then, but the accused absconded.
