Lucknow: A young man from Samastipur, Bihar living in the Shahpur area of Gorakhpur district of UP has kidnapped a teenager living in the neighborhood and forcibly married. He has also threatened to kill him after complaining to the family. On getting information on Sunday night, the teenager's mother reached Shahpur police station and lodged a complaint. The police have taken the accused into custody by registering a case against the accused under the kidnapping and love jihad section. At the same time, a search has been started by the police for the marriage. The teenager's medical is also being done. If the investigation confirms the misdeeds, then the section on the rape can also be increased.

The teenager's mother told the police that the family of Tabarak Khan, who lives in Samastipur (Bihar), has been living in the Shahpur area for a long time with a rented room. For some time, he also harassed his 14-year-old daughter studying in class six. Used to chase after coming to school. On March 1, he forcibly married her daughter, who was abducted from her home. Threatened to kill her if she shares this with anyone. Then he brought her near the house and left. After the incident, his daughter started living her normal life and did not use to utter any word to anyone. On Sunday, documents written in Urdu were found in her bag. The investigation states that it was found that it was Nikahnama.

In-charge CO Gorakhnath Ratnesh Singh said that the accused has been taken into custody. The victim has been sent to Asha Jyoti Center for Medical. A search is on for the person to marry.
