Corona has greatly affected every region of the country. The COVID-19 epidemic has created a crisis in front of middle-class and poor family athletes. Along with training, feeding the family has become a big challenge. They have been forced to work as vendors. 19-year-old Miraj Ali, who represented India at the Asian Youth Meet 2017, is forced to live in failure.

Miraj Ali, who lives in a rented room in Trilokpuri with 6 family members, said in his statement that "Father Muhammad Shamsher could not hear properly, nor could he speak. He used to work as a labour for the livelihood of the family. Recently, the father has undergone kidney surgery. When the father sat at home, the entire responsibility of the family fell on elder brother Murad. Now it has become a big challenge for them to feed the family."

"Due to the lockdown issued due to corona, his brother lost his job. There was no source of income. We were struggling to meet ends". After Unlock announced, he started selling fruits. Things have become so bad that he earns only 300 rupees per day, they are surviving somehow. In this situation, it is becoming very difficult for them to manage things.
