It may have been over a week since Manishi Chhillar was crowned as Miss World 2017, but we simply can't get enough of this beauty. Whether it's her panache or her ability to sweep us off our feet with her grace and poise, Manushi is certainly winning hearts. During her first media interaction in Mumbai yesterday, she spoke about the ongoing controversies surrounding Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film Padmavati. The makers and the lead of the film, Deepika Padukone have been receiving open death threats from various fringe groups.
 
When questioned about the death warned the Miss World said, "All the women of India have one thing in common.we don't feel defensive about who we are and actually face our challenges head-on. And I think that's what we need to do, we need to be confident about who we are." That's not all. She also went on to speak about the challenges a woman faces in the Indian society. "We will face a lot of limitations and sometimes we do feel that it is not a very woman-friendly society but as individuals, we should just set an example and make women feel confident that you can do amazing things as well," she further said. 

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's the movie Director epic movie with star cast Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor has been facing objection from several groups, particularly from THe Shree Rajput Karni Sena, for Playing with the historical facts.The Shree Rajput Karni Sena, who destroyed the sets of Padmavati movie in Jaipur while the shooting and beaten up the Movie Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, had advised the director of critical consequences for wrongly showing Rajput Goddess Rani Padmavati in the movie.
