Kolkata: In West Bengal, 'Mithun Da' is also going to enter the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) election campaign. According to media reports, the bygone superstar Mithun Chakraborty is finally going to start campaigning for BJP from 25 March. The actor Mithun Chakraborty took BJP membership in Parade Brigade Ground on 7 March. Since then, there was speculation about campaigning for his party and now just 2 days before the first phase of elections, Mithun Chakraborty is going to start campaigning for BJP from Jungle Mahal.
It is noteworthy that March 25 is the last day of campaigning for the first phase of the elections for the Bengal assembly elections. In such a situation, the decision to put Mithun in the election campaign on the last day seems to have been taken late. Even after joining the party on March 7, the BJP could not take advantage of Mithun in the first phase of campaigning in the way it should have. However, the reason behind this is being told that he was busy shooting.
On 25 March, Mithun Chakraborty will campaign in several places in the Bankura and Jhargram districts of Jungle Mahal. Mithun Chakraborty is going to do 4 roadshows on 25 March. It is being told that Mithun Chakraborty had been busy shooting since joining the BJP. Now that he is free, the party has decided to use him in the election campaign.
