Ingredients:

Brown Sandwich Bread 8 Piece, Carrot medium sized, Capsicum 1 small, Potato 2 Medium Sized, 1 onion ,Black pepper powder, one fourth teaspoon Green coriander 1 teaspoon finely chopped Salt to taste

To apply: butter or ghee

Method:

Grind the carrot(not finely)and squeeze all the water out of it. Cut capsicum and onion finely, boil the potatoes.

Then mix all the vegetables well and add salt and pepper and green coriander also. Put a light butter or ghee on both sides of the bread after putting the veg mix in it.

Keep the bread inside the sandwich maker untill it turns Golden brown. Veg sandwiches are prepared. Serve it with sauce.
