Lucknow: Mayawati, the leader of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, is about to face yet another major loss shortly before the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections in 2022. In reality, when Shah Alam alias Guddu Jamali quit the party, bsp MLA Vinay Shankar Tiwari, son of former Minister Harishankar Tiwari, now regarded the Brahmin face of Purvanchal, has become disillusioned with the party. They can then dismount from the 'elephant' and join another team.

Vinay Tiwari is an MLA bsp from Gorakhpur's Chilupar assembly constituency, the son of former minister and Bahubali leader Harishankar Tiwari, who has a stronghold in Purvanchal. Vinay Shankar Tiwari is alleged to be dissatisfied with BSP president Mayawati and was recently told unequivocally in a meeting that his position in the Chilupar seat is incorrect.

Vinay Shankar Tiwari appears to be seeking a political alternative to BSP supremo Mayawati's views on the same issue. Vinay Tiwari, on the other hand, has yet to reveal which party would shake hands. However, if Vinay Shankar Tiwari leaves the BSP and joins another party, Mayawati's Brahmin politics in Purvanchal would suffer a major defeat.
