According to reports, the police have now registered a case of culpable homicide and arrested six persons including the landlord and taken them into custody. Police said, around 3:30 a.m., it was reported that a thief had been beaten badly by the people in Lal Bagh and he reached the spot when the information was received. Police rushed the blood-soaked minor to Jagjivan Ram Hospital, where doctors declared him dead and lived with the family in Lal Bagh. At the same time, the investigation revealed that he had entered the house of the neighboring Mukesh and the family members woke up to hear the clattering.
On the other hand, when they saw the unknown in the room, they shouted and the people nearby rushed in and beat him with kicks and poles. In this case, the police have arrested and detained the accused on the basis of CCTV footage and there was no criminal case against the minor. The boy was reportedly addicted to drugs.
