New Delhi: In view of the demands of the farmers, the Union Cabinet is going to meet today. This meeting will begin at 11.25 am through video conferencing. PM Modi can also participate in this meeting. According to sources, in the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, under the Export Incentive Scheme, the Chinese manufacturer can get the approval of about Rs 3600 crore for the export of 6 million tonnes of sweetener at the rate of Rs 6 per kg of incentive. This incentive will help the sugar mills in releasing the dues of sugarcane farmers.

Sugar mill owners will have to clear the arrears of sugarcane farmers with this incentive, which will directly benefit the farmers. This decision of the Modi cabinet will directly benefit the sugarcane farmers. This big decision of the Central Government for sugarcane farmers is coming at a time when the farmers' organizations of Punjab, Haryana and Western UP are agitating against the agricultural laws. With this decision of the Cabinet, the Modi government will send a message that farmers are the first among their government's priority.

During his Gujarat tour on Tuesday, PM Modi spoke on the issue of agricultural laws. In Kutch, PM Modi said in his address that opposition parties are trying to mislead farmers. PM Modi assured that the government is ready to address every doubt regarding the agricultural laws.
