Coronavirus lockdown extended for two more weeks till May 17

New Delhi: Corona virus infection is continuously increasing in the country. Lockdown has been implemented across the country to prevent corona virus infection. The government has extended the lockdown in the country for two weeks, as the Corona crisis does not subside. Now the lockdown will continue in the country till May 17. This information was given through the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Actually, the lockdown 2.0 period was to end on May 3. However, before this, it has been decided to extend the lockdown in the entire country for two weeks through the Modi government. Now this lockdown 3.0 will be applicable from May 4 to May 17. The Ministry of Home Affairs has also issued a notification for the activities going on during this period.

However, the Modi government has given some concession in lockdown this time. In view of this exemption, many types of discounts have been given in the Green and Orange zones. Exemptions to e-commerce have also been announced in these concessions. E-commerce has been approved in the Green and Orange zones. Online delivery of unnecessary goods is exempted in these zones. Along with this, buses have been allowed to run in the Green Zone with 50 percent ride. Only 50 percent of the employees will work in the bus depot in the Green Zone.
