New Delhi: For a while now, the Indian cricket team has not played particularly well in international competition.

The Indian team has struggled to play well when regular captain Rohit Sharma and seasoned batsman Virat Kohli have been rested in international cricket.

Many people are not happy about the reason why the team's key players are routinely given rests while the young players are currently receiving an increasing number of opportunities.

Additionally, the Asia Cup and ODI World Cup are being held this year.

On his official Twitter account, Mohammad Kaif tweeted that “Small request for cricket fans: Don't write off Indian team. Show unity, don't be divided by your individual choice of players. Rohit and Dravid have played big tournaments without stars like Bumrah. World Cup is coming home, the boys need your support.”

At this time many experienced players like KL Rahul, Jaspreet Bumrah, Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant are injured and the Indian team is definitely missing all these players.
