Patna: A case has come to light from Muzaffarpur in Bihar, on which communal ruckus can take place. Here a young man desecrated the religious place (Hanuman Temple) located at Kalyani Chowk of Nagar police station. The incident is being told of Saturday evening. When the priest tried to stop the accused youth, he started scuffling. As soon as the crowd gathered, the accused youth ran away. After this, the mob chased the accused youth and reached his house and thrashed him fiercely. After getting the information about the incident, the town police station arrested the accused youth and admitted him to Sadar Hospital for treatment.

At the same time, the priest of the temple, Pandit Virendra Thakur has informed that, 'A Muslim youth had entered the temple wearing slippers. When we asked him to go out, he started fighting and opened his pajama and stood in front of the deity's idol. There are many temples here at the same time, he went to another temple and urinated. He was pulled out after a lot of struggle, then the police picked him up and took him away. There is tremendous anger among the people regarding the incident.'

The youth has been identified as Mohammad Moiddeen, a resident of Kalyani Bada Diwan Road. After the arrest of the accused youth, the police is patrolling the area of the temple and the situation is normal here. In this case, City SHO Ram Singh has told that the youth who desecrated the religious place has been detained and he is being interrogated. He told that in the investigation so far no evidence of anyone else being with him has been found and the police deployment has been increased at the scene of the incident and the surrounding areas. However, after seeing this incident, once again the same question arises that, if the same incident had happened in any other religious place, would that young man have been able to survive? Because, we have seen a dead body of a person in the case of sacrilege during the farmer's movement, we have seen the brutal killing of people like Kanhaiyalal Umesh Kolhe, Harsha, just because of the post on social media. Slogans of beheading have been seen openly on the streets. The question remains that, if Hindus are so tolerant even after being in majority, till when will they take undue advantage of it?
