Today, we are going to tell you about how to make 2 such medicinal kadha which are helpful in preventing diseases in monsoon.

The decoction of basil and black pepper

For this you will need 2 cups of water, one spoonful of sugar, 1 spoonful of black pepper, 1 teaspoon desi ghee, 1-2 buds of cloves and some basil leaves.

To make a decoction, first heat the ghee in a pan. Now put cloves, black pepper, ginger and basil in it. After that add water and sugar to it and mix the mixture well on the damp flame. Now add basil leaves and cook for two minutes. Take this kadha warm.

Kashayam Kadha

Kashayam is an Ayurvedic beverage which is used as a medicine for a cough and cough. Apart from this, it is rich in anti-bacterial properties and also helps in improving immunity. To make this, you will need roasted coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel, black pepper.

To make Keshava decoction, first grind roasted coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel and black pepper and store them in a container. Now boil a glass of water. Put a spoonful of kashaya powder in it. You can consume it by mixing jaggery in it.
