Monsoon: Soon there may be rain in Kerala and Maharashtra including Mumbai

Mumbai: Monsoon is set to rain in Kerala today. In fact, due to the onset of monsoon in Kerala, heavy rains are expected in Kerala and Karnataka. Moreover, the rains which have started in Jharkhand, Bihar and Eastern India including Bengal may come down. Let me tell you that north India, that is, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan and western Uttar Pradesh, is likely to receive rain with lightning. Similarly, pre-monsoon rains are expected in Maharashtra including Mumbai in the next two days.

In fact, most parts of North India are experiencing sultry heat. The maximum temperature is reaching above 40 degree Celsius at this time in several states including Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan. The southwest monsoon has moved ahead in most parts of the Southeast and West Central Bay of Bengal. The Met department has recently said that the conditions are ready for the arrival of monsoon. Now, kerala is very much more than the monsoon which is possible today and tomorrow 

Amidst all this, Pune meteorological department said that pre-monsoon rains are likely to start in many parts of Maharashtra including Mumbai, Pune and Konkan from tomorrow. On the other hand, the winds blowing from west to east have increased and due to this, konkan, madhya maharashtra, marathwada and vidarbha are likely to receive rain for the next four days and pre-monsoon rains will start everywhere in the state from June 2.
