Famous actor Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 is one of the most anticipated films of 2018. The film, which was earlier render to release on Diwali 2017, was pushed to January 25, 2018 due to the pending VFX work. Made on an impressive budget of Rs 450 crore as it become the most expensive movie of all time, the film is expected to be a visual spectacle and there is no wonder why the departed are rival at the bit to watch it on the big screen. But before fans get a golden chance to experience 2.0 on the big screen, the makers are all set to treat them with the official teaser of the film. Well, the much awaited 2.0 teaser will release tooday i.e. November 22, 2017 at a grand event in Hyderabad and is bound to rock the internet soon.

A sequel to the 2010 Tamil film Enthiran that starred Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai in the lead roles, 2.0 features Amy Jackson besides Rajinikanth and Akshay. The film, directed by S Shankar, has been making waves ever since it was announced. Rajinikanth, apparently, wasn't keen on working on the sequel and had suggested Aamir Khan's name for his role. However, Aamir declined the opportunity saying that he couldn't see himself in a role like that. For Akshay Kumar's role, the makers had approached Hrithik Roshan and Neil Nitin Mukesh but things, somehow, could not materialize.

Produced by Lyca Production, 2.0 is the costliest Indian film ever made. According to trade experts, the film is expected to surpass the box-office collection of SS Rajamouli's Baahubali 2.
