Indore: A shocking incident has come to light from Madhya Pradesh. The son gifted the stolen phone to his mother. The mother uploaded a picture of herself on Facebook. The police have now arrested the son. In fact, the mobile phone of a man named Sanjay was stolen in the Banganga area of Indore city in the past few days. In this regard, the complainant had lodged a case of theft at the police station. Based on the complaint, police have arrested Zafar alias Shadab on technical grounds.
The police were continuously engaged in the investigation in various ways with the aim of curbing the incidents of mobile theft. On the basis of technical evidence, the police recovered the stolen phone from zafar alias shadab resident of deepmala dhaba. It is being said that after stealing the mobile phone, the criminal had put the photo of his own mother on Facebook. On that basis, he was arrested by the police. At present, the police are also interrogating the arrested person in other theft cases. It is learnt that three more stolen phones have been recovered from the possession of the culprit.
The criminal stole the phone and gifted it to his mother. The woman was not highly technically savvy. So he started using the phone without deleting the previous data. He also uploaded his picture on his Facebook profile. When the man whose phone was stolen saw the woman's picture on his Facebook profile, he recognized the woman. And that's how the criminal was caught.
