She is planning to file a case against Dickie and his family.

I waited for several hours to his parents and sent messages so that they could come and attend his funeral." Dickie adds, "I have to do all the action right now, which will take some time. After 40 days, Payal has to go to Triveni for bone immersion. I want my wife's soul to rest in peace. After that in January Moushumi Chatterjee's I will file a defamation case. "
