Bhopal: Today i.e. 24th July is the festival of Guru Purnima. Tell all of you that Guru Purnima is traditionally the time when the guru is thanked and blessed by the seekers. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today tweeted and wished the people of the state a happy Guru Purnima. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan tweeted: "It is through the guru's path that true light is interviewed in life. He has donated more knowledge than all the powers of Trilok."

 

 

Besides him, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra also tweeted. In this tweet, he has written: "Gurubrahma Guruvishnu: Gurudevo Maheshwara. Guru: Sakshat par Brahma Tasmai Shri Gurve Namah. Thousand Salutation Sadar salutations and salutations to Gurudev's on Guru Purnima! My best wishes and best wishes to all of you on Gurupurnima.'' BJP State President VD Sharma also tweeted his greetings to all the gurus who infused good qualities within us with their knowledge and conscience on the auspicious occasion of "Guru Purnima.''

The festival of Guru Purnima is celebrated every year on the full moon day of the month of Ashadh. It is believed that Vedvyasji was born on this day, and it was Vedvyas who first gave mankind the knowledge of the four Vedas. Because of this, he is considered to be the first guru. On the other hand, the date of his birth is known as Vyas Purnima and Guru Purnima and this time Guru Purnima is on 24th July. This time the full moon date started at 10:43 am on 23rd July and continued till 08:06 AM today on 24th July 2021.
