Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has recently said in a statement, "The state government will train talented sportspersons for the 2024 and 2028 Olympic Games.'' In fact, the Chief Minister issued a message through the media from his residence last Friday. In this message, he said, "The brilliant performance of Indian athletes at the Tokyo Olympics has inspired us. So, we have decided to find new talented players and train them in 18 sports academies of Madhya Pradesh. We will have not one but many sportspersons who will bring glory to the country and the state in various events, whether it is the Olympics or the national and world-class.''

At the same time, the Chief Minister has appealed to the youth interested in sports to register in the talented sportspersons search campaign of the state. You must be aware that at present, the Madhya Pradesh Government is conducting a state-level massive campaign to search for talented sportspersons. In fact, so far, more than 50,000 players have applied for online registration of search for talented sportspersons. Now, based on physical ability and proficiency in sports, promising sportspersons will be groomed through coaching and training in 18 academies equipped with world-class sports facilities.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan says, "The state government is eyeing the 2024 Paris Olympics and the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games, and Madhya Pradesh players will win medals there for the country. Let me tell you that recently Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had offered to include midfielder Vivek Sagar as DSP in the Olympic bronze medal-winning Indian hockey team in Madhya Pradesh police. In fact, he hails from Itarsi in Sagar Madhya Pradesh.
