Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan recently said that "The situation of availability of oxygen is now becoming increasingly normal". Indeed Mr. Chauhan was addressing the VC focused on Corona infection control from the residence and during that time he said, 'Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also been requested for oxygen supply. Where 130 metric tons of oxygen was available in the state on April 8, it has now increased to 336 metric tons on April 16. It will be 445 MT by 20 April and 565 MT by 25 April.

Along with this, he also said, 'adequate tankers are being arranged to bring oxygen from Bhilai, Bokaro, Rourkela, Jamshedpur, etc. In the districts where the number of patients is high, oxygen will be delivered quickly. Let all of you know that in this visit VC, Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang, Public Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Prabhuram Chaudhary, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Additional Chief Secretary Health Mohammad Suleman, Additional Chief Secretary Parihavan S.N. Mishra, Director General of Police Vivek Johri and other officials were involved.

Meanwhile, Shivraj Singh Chauhan said, '50 thousand injection programs have been issued for Remedesivir injection. 20 thousand injections are being provided by Sun Pharma, 3 thousand injections are being provided by Mylon Company. Injections will also be obtained from Cipla, Zydus, etc. Apart from this, more than one lakh injections are being arranged. The total number of beds in government and private hospitals has increased to 38 thousand 626. Arrangements are being made for 150 beds in Administration, 300 in Hamidia Hospital, 300 in Viva, and 500 beds in AIIMS. At the same time, during the conversation, he also said that 'Supervision of the patients living in Home Isolation should be ensured twice a day through telemedicine from the Command and Control Center'.
