The new Jio venture from the Reliance Group Chairman, Mr. Mukesh Ambani was termed as a well engineered business and a well thought out process rather than a gamble or punt. He mentioned that the discomfort the people are getting in the interconnections of call with other networks as a ragging done to a meritorious student (Jio itself) by other fellow mates.
"It is no punt. It is a well thought-out, well executed, well engineered ecosystem. It is a Rs 2,50,000 crore investment," Ambani said at 'Off the Cuff' show organised by The Print, a digital media outfit owned by senior journalists Shekhar Gupta and Barkha Dutt.
He said that it was a step for the betterment as low call rates and efficient data is what the youth should get to develop.
