Lucknow: SP Patron and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Mulayam Singh Yadav has passed away. Today i.e. on Monday at the age of 82, he breathed his last. Mulayam Singh Yadav was admitted to Medanta Hospital a few days back due to a urinary infection, blood pressure problem and difficulty breathing. Yes, and his health remained fragile continuously. Now on his death, Akhilesh Yadav said, "My respected father and everyone's leader is no more."

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi tweeted and said, "Sad news of the demise of Mulayam Singh Yadav Ji. His incomparable contribution to Indian politics as a former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Defense Minister of the Government of India and a strong advocate of social justice will always be remembered.'' With this, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal expressed grief over the death of Mulayam Singh Yadav. He tweeted and said, 'Received the sad news of the demise of former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and socialist leader Mulayam Singh Yadav ji. May God rest the departed soul at his feet and give strength to all his fans and family members to bear this immense loss. Om Shanti.'

With this, his son and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav became emotional on the death of Mulayam Singh Yadav. In fact, Akhilesh Yadav, the national president of the Samajwadi Party, said, 'My father and everyone's Netaji is no more.' Let us tell you that Mulayam Singh Yadav was born on 22 November 1939 in Saifai village of Etawah district. His father Sugar Singh Yadav was a farmer. At the same time, Mulayam Singh Yadav was a Lok Sabha MP from the Mainpuri seat and whether it is the politics of Uttar Pradesh or the politics of the country, Mulayam Singh Yadav is counted among the prominent leaders. He was the CM of UP thrice and has also been the Defense Minister in the Central Government. Apart from this, Mulayam Singh was also elected 8 times MLA and 7 times Lok Sabha MP.
