Mumbai: An example of the extent to which a young man can go in PUBG addiction has emerged from the Jogeshwari area of Mumbai. A minor boy blew Rs 10 lakh from his mother's bank account for his addiction. When his parents got to know about this, they reprimanded the boy. The sixteen-year-old boy left home Angrily. However, police have now traced the boy.

The Das family, a resident of Durganagar in Jogeshwari East, filed a missing report of their 16-year-old boy on August 25. MIDC Police registered a case of kidnapping as the boy was a minor. In view of the seriousness of the case, a police team led by Mahesh Kumar Thakur, inspector-in-charge of unit 10 of the crime branch, launched a search for the boy. The police came to know about the boy's nature, the dispute in the house. Police found out that the boy was addicted to playing PUBG.

PUBG game required to acquire 'ID' and 'UC.' For this, the son transferred Rs 10 lakh online from his mother's bank account. When the parents came to know about the money being spent, they lashed out at their son. Enraged by this reprimand, the boy left the house. He wrote a letter before leaving the house. The letter read, 'I'm leaving home. I won't come back.' But the police found him and handed him over to the family.
