The violence in JNU has raised a new question in the whole of India, how the masked crooks finally entered the campus and succeeded in attacking the students. After this incident, police are demanding action. On the other hand, there has been a political outcry over showing the poster of 'Free Kashmir' during the protest against the violence in JNU at the Gateway of India in Mumbai. BJP put Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray and Shiv Sena in the dock on this issue, while Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said that this work is of a select number of anarchist elements. The police have registered a case against the lady who waved the poster, Mirk Prabhu. A case has also been registered against Omar Khalid.

According to media reports, BJP leader Kirit Somaiya has filed a police complaint in the case. Despite this, if anyone talks about the independence of Kashmir from India, it will not be tolerated.'
