Maharashtra: The Mumbai Police had filed a supplementary charge sheet on January 11 in a TRP scam case. In this charge sheet, the police have also used screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation between Republic TV editor Arnab Goswami and former CEO of BARC (Broadcast Audience Research Council). The most surprising thing in the meantime is, "in this conversation, Arnab Goswami has offered to mediate the political leadership on behalf of Dasgupta on several occasions.''

Not only that but in the chat between the two, the name has been taken from the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) to the Minister of State for Information Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore. According to reports, the data of the talks between the two has also been leaked online. In fact, in a chat in July 2017, Dasgupta has sent Arnab to TRP data. Now, the police have alleged that Arnab had also given money to Dasgupta to show the two channels of Republic TV with the highest TRP. '

Not only that, the Mumbai police has even said that there is evidence to prove it. Let us also tell you that on the basis of the calculation of TRP of BARC, the rates of advertising that the TV channels receive are fixed. According to information received, the Mumbai police have included about 200 pages of talks between the two in their charge sheet. The two chats also mention a person named AS and the name of former MOS Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore also comes in the chat.
