Mumbai: A fire broke out in Dreams Mall in the Bhandup area of ​​Mumbai yesterday. Now a case of culpable homicide has been filed in this case. In the FIR, a case has been filed against Rakesh Wadhawan, the operator of Dreams Mall, Sarang Wadhawan in FIR. Apart from them, the Mumbai Police has also registered an FIR on the operators of Hospital Sunrise. Indeed, in connection with the unfortunate incident of fire at Dreams Mall in Bhandup, BMC Commissioner Iqbal Singh Chahal asked Deputy Commissioner (Disaster Management) Prabhat Rahang Dal to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the fire and its causes, besides submitting a report within the next 15 days. Has given instructions.

Let us tell you that 11 patients have died in this fire, who were undergoing treatment at Sunrise Hospital at the time of the accident. A total of 7 people have been nominated in the FIR. About this case, Mumbai Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrale said, "This is a very serious incident. Hospital management's negligence has come to light. Apart from this, police have registered a case against the mall and hospital management". On the other hand, the BMC has also ordered an inquiry into this entire matter. Apart from all these, Uddhav Thackeray has said, "Whoever is found responsible for this incident, strict action will be taken against them".

After the statement of the Mumbai Police Commissioner, the hospital management says that the fire was on the first floor of the mall and not in the hospital. Its smoke reached the hospital on the top floor. However, this is the second major incident of fire in Maharashtra in the last two days which has surprised everyone.
