Mumbai: Mumbai Police has registered a FIR against the captain as well as several responsible persons in connection with the sinking and deaths of a Barge P-305 ship in the Abra Sea. As part of the information received in the case, police have registered a case under Sections 304 (2). In fact, a case has been registered at Yellow Gate police station in Mumbai and police are investigating the case.

On the other hand, Rahman Sheikh, chief engineer of barge P-305, who drowned during Cyclone Tauktae in Mumbai's off-shore region, had alleged last Thursday that the Barge P-305 captain did not take the cyclone warning seriously. At least 49 crew members were killed due to this. Not only that, Rahman has also questioned the ability of the Barge P-305 to travel by sea. The Barge P-305 sank in the Arabian Sea on Monday evening. The maintenance of the apatiya oil mining platform of the state-owned ONGC was present. Rahman Sheikh was injured in the accident.

When he recovered, he said in a video that "Captain Balwinder Singh insisted that the wind speed will not be very fast and the cyclone will stop for just an hour.'' This video was shot by Sheikh's brother Alam and Alam shared the video in which Sheikh said, "The captain said that the wind speed will not exceed 75 kmph. It will start at 11 o'clock and end at 12 o'clock. The whole incident is caused by the captain and the client. ”
