Mumbai: The Mumbai Police have arrested a man for allegedly shooting dead the owner of a jewellery shop in Ganesh Nagar Lalji Pada in Kandivali on Sunday( May 28). The accused has been arrested from Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh. According to the report, the name of the accused is Rohit Pal. After committing the murder, he immediately caught the train and fled to UP. The entire incident was captured in a CCTV camera installed on the spot. In which the accused Rohit Pal is seen shooting 32-year-old Manoj Singh Chauhan.

At the same time, in the CCTV, he is also seen leaving with a pistol in the waist. The accused reached the station after the incident, which was also captured in the CCTV there. The reason for the murder has not been fully revealed yet, but according to sources, the reason for the murder is a love affair. Let us tell you that  there was a stir due to the suspicious death of a person in Mumbai's Kandivali Ganesh Nagar Lalji Para. Some people said that the man was shot. However, the police had earlier denied this.

The Kandivali police were investigating the case. Yesterday, police had said that no firing incident has been reported so far. The man fell from a height so he died. But, now after the arrest of the accused, the case is expected to be revealed soon.
