The CBI is investigating the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case. CBI is thinking of linking section 302 of IPC in the case. The AIIMS team has submitted its investigation report after which the CBI is about to initiate an investigation into the second phase of the case. In addition, Siddhartha Pithani, the manager of Sushant, is also likely to become a government witness.

The AIIMS team has raised 3 major questions on the post-mortem of Sushant in the Cooper hospital. According to Dr. Sudhir Gupta-
-The post-mortem report does not write the time of death of the deceased actor.
-The post mortem of Sushant was done in the evening and in dim light.
-There is no fact related to the investigation of drugs in his Viscera report.
-It was reported that the Viscera had not been done properly, which led to difficulties in the investigation of the AIIMS team.

In addition, an eyewitness claimed that just a day before the actor's death, Rhea had met him on June 13. In an interview, the eye witness said that "Rhea had met Sushant around 2 to 3 pm on the night of June 13. Later, Sushant also went to drop her to her home. Rhea had said that she had left Sushant's house on June 8 is a complete lie".
