Panipat: A youth has been shot dead after he was over a drunk party at an office in front of a sugar mill on Gohana Road. The incident is said to have taken place around 11 pm on Thursday night. As soon as the incident was reported, the Model Town police station rushed to the spot and swung into action. The father has also filed a case against the accused who shot him as well as a friend of his son suspecting him of being involved in the murder plot.
According to the information received, Naveen Kumar, a resident of Azad Nagar, has said that 17-year-old son Chirag alias Gaurav Sharma was called from home on the night of March 24 by friend Sumit and taken to a marriage ceremony. Continuing his point, he has said that Pradeep had a marriage in Azad Nagar. Pradeep's friend Jeetta, a resident of Budhakheda, Sombir, a resident of Azad Nagar, Surendra, were also present at the wedding.
