BHOPAL: In a commendable display of progress, President Droupadi Murmu will bestow the prestigious "Bhoomi Samman Praman Patra" upon the collectors hailing from 15 districts of Madhya Pradesh. These diligent individuals have diligently updated land records in real-time by establishing a robust land records management system under the esteemed Digital India Land Records Management Programme (DILRMP). Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan extends his heartfelt congratulations to the Revenue Department, the dedicated District Collectors, and the entire team for this remarkable accomplishment.

The felicitation ceremony will take place in New Delhi, honoring the collectors from the following districts of Madhya Pradesh: Bhopal, Umaria, Anuppur, Harda, Khargone, Alirajpur, Guna, Agar-Malwa, Neemuch, Tikamgarh, Ujjain, Indore, Vidisha, Singrauli, and Sidhi. These districts have been awarded the distinguished Platinum Grading for achieving cent percent excellence in all aspects of the Digital India Land Records Management Programme. This notable feat encompasses the computerization of land records, digitization of land tax maps, computerization of registration, integration of registration with land records, linkage of land tax maps with land records, and establishment of modern record rooms.

CM Chouhan further shares his thoughts, stating, "NITI Aayog has recently published the Multidimensional Poverty Index 2023, which highlights that 15.94 percent of the population in Madhya Pradesh has successfully transcended the poverty line. A remarkable total of 1.36 crore people have been uplifted from poverty, which is a tremendous achievement for Madhya Pradesh." He adds, "This monumental success can be attributed to the collaborative efforts of both the Central and State governments, with a multitude of schemes implemented."
