X-ray cleared no serious injury to Mushfiqur Rahim

WELLINGTON: Today, during early morning test match in Wellington Bangladesh skipper Mushfiqur Rahim was hit by the bouncer. The moment was breathless when ball hit on Mushfiqur's back of the head and he was stunned for several seconds.

Mushfiqur was checked by the medical staff of both the teams before ambulance arrived the stadium and took the skipper to the Hospital, where X-RAY reports cleared of no serious injuries.

Mushfiqur was unable to play due to that Bangladesh's second innings were ended by 160 by 9, leaving the target of 217 for New Zealand to win the game. Similar incident occurred previously when, Neil Wagner was hit by Kamrul Islam drawing blood from his chin.
