Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Black pepper cottage – 1 tsp
Carrot chopped – 1

Oil – 3 tbsp
Salt – to taste

Method of making mushroom fried rice - To make mushroom rice, first of all, clean the rice and wash it thoroughly. After that, in a large pot, add 6 cups of water, 1 tsp oil and a little salt and keep it on the gas and boil it. Meanwhile, after melting the rice for 15-20 minutes, filter it and wash the soaked rice once again with clean water. Now, then put the rice in the boiling water. Boil the rice until they are fully cooked. It can take about 10 minutes. Then remove the water from the cooked rice and put a cup of cold water in it and leave it to cool completely. Now put 2 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

After the pan is hot, add the chopped mushrooms to it and fry it. After frying the stir for about 2 minutes, coat them evenly with oil. After cooking for 2-3 minutes, set aside the mushrooms. Keep in mind that you don't have to overcook it. After this, add 1 tbsp oil to the pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add chopped green chillies and chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute. Now add chopped onions, green onions and fry the flame of gas. After that, add chopped carrots, and capsicum and let it fry.

Take care not to overeat the vegetables. Now add fried mushrooms to them and add salt to taste from the top. Then add the soya sauce and vinegar and mix it all well with the curry. After cooking for a while, add rice to it and add black pepper and a little more salt and mix well. Turn off the gas after cooking. Take delicious mushroom fry rice for dinner and is ready.
