Very rarely it happens that the famous music composer AR Rahman gives his response on an issue. Recently, he admitted in an interview that he gets irritated by seeing remixes of songs. AR Rahman, who usually does not speak on any matter, has given his reaction to the remixes of the songs. He said, "I am happy with the remix of just one of my songs. The song is 'Humma song' from the 2017 film OK Jaanu, which is a remake of the 1995 film Bombay's song 'Humma Humma'.

Rahman further said, "I think 'The Humma Song' does justice to the film. However, after this, I did not like any remixes. Some are very unfortunate and annoying." Rahman further says, "I told the company that if I support such remix songs, I will be trolled. I am happy that people are realizing the value of original music. People believe that it takes a lot of hard work to find a song for a film."

At a distance from Hindi films, Rahman has said, "I am busy with other things like' 99 Songs' and 'Dil Bechara' which are to be released. I was busy with the music of Tamil films and also in my production. A studio is being made, I am spending time with children and teaching them music."
