Faizan was doing obscene acts with the girl while sitting in the cafe, on asking her name, he told her Hindu name.

According to a report received, this entire matter pertains to Thakur Sa Cafe located at Patnipura Square, Indore. Where, after receiving complaints of Love Jihad, Bajrang Dal workers reached the cafe. Where they saw that a young man was doing obscene acts with the girl. At this, they started questioning him. It is alleged that during interrogation by Bajrang Dal workers, Faizan had given a Hindu name while trying to show himself off as a Hindu. However, after doubting his words during questioning, the workers asked him for his ID (identity card) then he started making excuses. But, after strict questioning, he showed his ID, in which his name was Faizan. This enraged the workers and they thrashed him. Bajrang Dal activists have also made videos of lipstick marks found on Faizan's face.

The criminal Faizan is a resident of the Chandan Nagar area of ​​Indore and makes reels on Instagram and befriends Hindu girls by chatting. He has a huge number of followers on Instagram. With the help of this, he traps the innocent girls. Bajrang Dal workers handed over the criminal to the police of the MIG police station. At the same time, the family members of the girl were also called to the police station and the girl was handed over to them. Due to the fear of defamation, the report has not been lodged in the police station on behalf of the girl. In fact, Bajrang Dal workers in Indore had received news that Muslim youths take Hindu girls to cafes. Because of this, the activists have launched a campaign against Love Jihad. It is being said that there are many Muslim boys in the city who pretend to be Hindus first befriend Hindu girls and then carry out love jihad by trapping them in love.
