There is nothing special to make sabzi at home, but if you like spicy and spicy food, then today you can make curd sev ki sabzi at home. It is very easy to make and wonderful to eat.

Ingredients for making curd sev ki sabzi-

1 cup curd
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp degi chili
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- few curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- 1/4 cup coarse sev
- 1 tsp oil
- salt to taste

Method of making curd sev ki sabzi- To make this sabzi, first heat oil in a pan and fry cumin, mustard seeds and curry leaves. After that add asafoetida and fry till the aroma comes. Then add all the spices. Now after this add the whipped curd and cook for 2 minutes while stirring continuously. Now add sev at the end and switch off the flame. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves for you to eat.
