According to entracker's report, the option to add a virtual payment address (VPA) and UPI ID is available in My Jio app. The same had come before that a report said that Reliance Jio is talking to Axis Bank, ICICI and State Bank of India for UPI payment.

Apart from this, a user on Twitter has also shared a screenshot of the UPI payment feature of My Jio app. The same report states that My Jio app is also asking for the users' UPI IDs. After this, the consumer has to give a mobile number, debit card number and bank account. After signing the same, the My Jio app also looks like other UPI payment apps like Google Pay and PhoneP.
