On Friday,  Myanmar's envoy come up with special plea into the United Nations. It urged as a no-fly zone, arms embargo and targeted sanctions in a passionate plea for action against Junta rebelled action. Let us share that Ambassador Kyaw Moe Tun told in a Security Council meeting that "Your collective, strong action is needed immediately," . "Time is of the essence for us," he said. "Please, please take action."

Envoy claim that Junta is intentionally targeting civilians and then voiced anguish over the deaths of children.
